Wang Luo, a mezzo soprano singer, Doctor of Philosophy in music, Master of Vocal Music, Professor of Vocal Music, Distinguished Professor and Postgraduate Tutor of many art colleges and universities. He has been awarded the title of "Tianjin Literature and Art New Star" by the Tianjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles. As a senior visiting scholar, he studied at the Naples Conservatory of Music and the Rossini Conservatory of Music in Italy, and visited the Curtis Conservatory of Music, the Julia Conservatory of Music, the New England Conservatory of Music, the Berkeley Conservatory of Music, the Longy Conservatory of Music and Stanford University, Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Michigan, the University of Portland and Reed College, Hamburg University of Music and Drama in Germany, the Lübeck Conservatory of Music, the École Normale Supérieure in Paris, France, the Sibelius Conservatory of Music in Finland, as well as the University of the Philippines, the University of St. Thomas, the Eternal University and the Women's University, etc.
She has published two treatises and more than 10 academic papers, seven of which have been published in core journals. She has held dozens of solo concerts and performed in many provinces and cities in Europe, the United States and China. She has won unanimous praise from audiences at home and abroad. She has been reported by many European media and is known as "a metallic baritona that is difficult to find in Europe".
In May 2001, Wang won the third place in the Bunten Blatter International Vocal Competition in Munich, Germany. In 2011, he won the first place in the aria group of the opera performance competition of national art colleges and universities.
