Wang Luo, a mezzo soprano singer, Doctor of Philosophy in music, Master of Vocal Music, Professor of Vocal Music, Distinguished Professor and Postgraduate Tutor of many art colleges and universities. He has been awarded the title of "Tianjin Literature and Art New Star" by the Tianjin Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Xu Xueji is a composer, music theorist, music educator, composition professor, and master's tutor in the direction of composition and instrumentation. He was a member of the Academic Committee, Academic Committee and Expert Committee of Tianjin Conservatory of Music. He has served as the deputy director of the composition department, the director of the teaching and research department of the main composition department, and the leader of the music science and technology major.
